Question: How do I watch movies?
Answer: Just simply LEFT click (normal click) on the movie link and it should play in the movie player your system is configured to.

Question: When I click on a movie, it skips and hangs while it's playing
Answer: This is what is called 'buffering'. The movie is being played as it is downloaded and depending on your connection speed, it might do this until it has completed the download.

Question: The 'Bonus Movies' video feeds don't work for me
Answer: Please make sure you check a few times because sometimes the video feeds are down for maintenance or updates. Also, please keep in mind that we lease the video feeds from other companies and we have no control over them. If you are consistent problems, email our support staff with details.

Question: How do I save movies to my computer?
Answer: Just simply RIGHT click on the movie thumbnail or the link and select 'Save Target As'. Once you click "Save Target As," another screen will pop up asking you where you want to save this movie file on your computer. Make sure you remember where you are saving those movies to on your hard drive so you can find them again later.

Question: A movie I downloaded does not work
Answer: Most of the time, the movie did not finish downloading so you probably have a partial download. Most of the time this is caused by timeouts and stalls on your end. It happens from time to time. You will have to download the movie again. If this keeps happening regularly, you probably have issues with your ISP.

Question: How come I can only download no more than two movies at the same time?
Answer: This is a default Windows setting and there is nothing you can do about it.

Question: I downloaded a movie to my computer and now I cannot find it
Answer: Try saving another movie to your hard drive and pay special attention to which directory on your hard drive your computer defaults your saved files to. Just go look in that folder. The other thing you can do is if you know the name of the movie, you can go to START-SEARCH-FILES AND FOLDERS.

Question: When I click to watch a movie Media Player keeps rejecting my username and password
Answer: This is caused by a authentication problem in Microsoft. They have released a patch to address this issue. You can check all available updates at Windows Update Center

Question: How can I join, edit, cut or play around with movie files?
Answer: There are various tools that will allow you to edit movie files. You can find out more about movie resources at VCD Help Official Site.

Question: What is the best way to watch movies?
Answer: It really depends on your preferences. But, from our vast experience, we will tell you that if movies are not playing properly, it is NOT the movies and more than likely your system or your media player. We strongly suggest you use Microsoft Internet Explorer v 5.0 and above and Windows Media Player. Internet Explorer v 5.0 and above have a built-in media player that will play all our movies. Windows Media Player is a wonderful and free stand-alone movie player that is compatible with all our movies. You can download either one for free here:

Windows Media Player
Microsoft Internet Explorer
